BCBA

The BCBA performs program support within District schools and programs, creating and implementing behavior analysis and behavior management plans for scholars with disabilities and general education students. The role involves conducting assessments, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and providing training and direction to staff and IEP team members to ensure student success. This position requires collaboration with school staff, administrators, and parents to monitor behavior intervention plans and maintain compliance with relevant education codes.
