The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops, assesses, and analyzes behavioral programs and conducts functional assessments for clients on the Autism Spectrum. This role involves supervising Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment fidelity and coordinating with caregivers to review data and provide parent training. The position offers the opportunity to work with children in multiple settings, including homes, centers, and the community.
