This role oversees all components of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to best-practice guidelines. The position involves facilitating behavior programs, conducting assessments, and serving as a liaison between the organization, families, and community agencies. The BCBA also leads staff training, manages associate performance, and collaborates with regional leadership to maintain program excellence.
