BCIQ - Supplier Compliance Engineer

The Body, Chassis, and Interior (BCI) Quality Team is seeking a Supplier Compliance Pilot to join the team, focusing on ensuring project quality targets are met, launch timelines are managed, and the transition to high-quality volume production is executed. This role involves overseeing the compliance and quality of BCI parts, reviewing APQP/PPAP deliverables, and leading supplier quality reviews to align corrective actions with vehicle quality requirements. The position also requires coaching strategic suppliers on complaint management and ensuring effective root cause analysis to achieve quality readiness at launch.
