BDC Agent

Avondale Toyota is seeking a BDC Agent to serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering an authentic and professional experience through the dealership's One Price, One Person philosophy. The role focuses on providing exceptional service to current guests while actively acquiring new business for the dealership. This position requires handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to set appointments and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
