About this role

The role supports the timely and accurate SEC reporting and day‑to‑day operations for three Barings Business Development Companies, preparing and reviewing 10‑Q/K filings, coordinating with auditors, and assisting the CFO and CAO with board and investor materials. It requires strong analytical skills, multitasking ability, and knowledge of US GAAP and SEC requirements.

Responsibilities

Review month‑ and quarter‑end third‑party administrator reports
Prepare and file SEC Forms 10‑Q, 10‑K, 8‑K and proxy statements
Coordinate audit activities and manage SOX compliance requests
