Beauty Training Manager

The Beauty Training Manager drives sales through focused execution of My Macy’s, Omni, and Customer Experience initiatives, including Virtual Selling and sales via Social Media Platforms. This role involves training, coaching, and developing a team of Counter Managers, Beauty Advisors, and Make-up Artists to advance the business and expand team skills. The manager is responsible for all activities related to training, building a repeat client base, and maintaining an organized shopping environment.
