Bed Manager

The Bed Manager is responsible for placing all patient admissions and transfers while monitoring capacity across Hartford HealthCare facilities. This role facilitates continuous patient throughput by acting as a liaison between points of entry, clinical leadership, and physicians to ensure timely and appropriate bed assignments. The position utilizes nursing knowledge to triage clinical needs and optimize patient flow within the organization.
