Bed Manager

The Bed Manager is responsible for the placement of all patient admissions and transfer activity while monitoring capacity across all Hartford HealthCare facilities. This role facilitates continuous patient throughput by utilizing effective communication, reviewing placement technology, and making swift clinical decisions. The position acts as a liaison between various points of entry, clinical leadership, and physicians to ensure efficient patient flow and bed management.
