About this role
The RTD & Beer Manager, South LAC leads the commercial agenda for Guinness, RTD and new business across the South LAC region (Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay & Paraguay). The role coordinates cross-functional elements (legal, tax, finance, supply, HR) to implement commercial opportunities and drives distributor and partner engagement. Based in Argentina, the position holds P&L responsibility for the Beer & RTD business and requires regional travel and virtual collaboration.
