Before and After School Care Supervisor

This role oversees the on-site Before and After School Care program to ensure it is conducted safely and enrichingly for participants while adhering to BASCC Quality Standards. The position requires managing staff and parents, maintaining a group supervision setting for school-age children, and completing specific training requirements within the first year of employment. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED with five years of experience, or an Associate's degree with three years of experience, along with current First Aid/CPR certification.
