Before/After Care Staff

The Before/After Care Staff member assists in the supervision of students within an aftercare setting under the Care Director's guidance. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and functional environment that allows students to fully engage with the program and available resources. The position requires fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and staff while ensuring a secure and supportive atmosphere.
