Beginning Teacher Coach

The Beginning Teacher Coach supports the successful transition, growth, and retention of beginning teachers by providing consistent, job-embedded support to help them develop the knowledge, skills, and professional habits needed for effective teaching. This role involves building trusting relationships, offering instructional coaching, and facilitating professional learning to strengthen classroom practices. The coach also assists teachers with navigating school systems, licensure requirements, and professional responsibilities to ensure a supportive and rigorous learning environment for students.
