Chrysalis
The Behavior Analyst in Training supports the Clinical Director by developing curricula, training direct service staff, and creating behavior plans for individuals. This role conducts assessments, ensures treatment fidelity, and reports progress while adhering to BACB ethical standards and employer values.
Chrysalis provides intermitent or 24 hour care for people with intellectual disabilities. We offer a residential program as well as a foster family option complete with day services, behavioral, nursing, activity planning, and other services. We also offer ABA services for children and adolescents with Autism.
