The Behavior Analyst in training supports the Clinical Director by developing curriculum, training staff, and writing behavior plans for individuals receiving support. This role focuses on improving language, adaptive, and social skills through evidence-based interventions aligned with the organization's core values. The position requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and adherence to BACB ethical guidelines and best practices.
Chrysalis provides intermitent or 24 hour care for people with intellectual disabilities. We offer a residential program as well as a foster family option complete with day services, behavioral, nursing, activity planning, and other services. We also offer ABA services for children and adolescents with Autism.
