Behavior Analyst

Under direct supervision, this role provides clinical supervision and discipline-specific treatment for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders. The position oversees all components of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to best-practice guidelines. The incumbent facilitates behavior programs, conducts assessments, and serves as a liaison between the organization, families, and community agencies.
