Behavior Consultant

The Behavior Consultant provides intensive therapeutic services to children, youth, and families in home, community, or school settings under the supervision of a Clinical Manager. This role involves leading a treatment team, developing and updating Individual Treatment Plans, and conducting functional behavioral assessments to ensure appropriate clinical direction. The position requires delivering individual psychotherapy, managing case management activities, and collaborating with families, schools, and other agencies to support client progress.
