About this role
Provides assessments and referrals for mental health and chemical dependency patients across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations at NGMC, Laurelwood, and associated areas. Works within established protocols to support intake, triage, and continuity of care while contributing to departmental operations and quality improvement. Position is focused on clinical assessment and coordination rather than supervisory duties.
