Behavior Intervention Specialist

The Behavior Intervention Specialist supports youth at the Osceola Youth Center by combining behavioral assessment and intervention planning with hands-on residential care to promote safety, well-being, and progress. This role involves collaborating with residential staff, case managers, therapists, and families to provide consistent behavioral support and develop individualized intervention plans. The position focuses on de-escalation, crisis intervention, and teaching coping skills to help youth build stability and prepare for community reintegration.
