Behavior Management Technician

The Behavior Management Technician works directly with consumers and their families to implement instructional and environmental modifications that improve behavior through skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behaviors. This role involves providing one-on-one ABA therapy in various settings while collaborating with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to execute treatment plans and collect accurate behavior data. The position requires effective communication with supervisors, families, and team members to ensure consistent and professional service delivery.
