Behavior Reset Lab Educational Paraprofessional (Behavioral & Restorative Support) (RBT Highly Preferred)

The Behavior Reset Lab Educational Paraprofessional provides structured behavioral, restorative, instructional, and supervisory support to students in the Behavior Reset Lab, focusing on restorative re-entry and emotional regulation. This role utilizes reflection templates, goal-setting worksheets, and de-escalation protocols to guide students through processing behavioral challenges before transitioning back to their primary classrooms. The position works under the direction of licensed staff to implement behavior supports, reinforce school-wide expectations, and support IEP accommodations.
