Behavior Skills Technician

The Behavior Skills Technician provides direct intervention and support to students with severe behavior challenges, collecting and analyzing data, drafting behavior intervention plans, and training paraprofessionals. Working under the Director of Special Education, the role involves implementing applied behavior analysis techniques, delivering one‑on‑one or small‑group instruction, and ensuring compliance with IEPs while maintaining safety and documentation standards.
