Behavior Specialist-Crisis

InCommunity is seeking a Behavior Specialist-Crisis to provide behavior training and consultation to individuals, managers, and directors, enhancing the success of those receiving services. The role involves developing interventions, conducting assessments, and providing hands-on behavioral training to improve the quality of life for individuals with behavioral difficulties. The specialist will also assist the Beyond Behaviors department in crisis intervention and case management for therapeutic foster care.
