Behavior Specialist- SUD

The Behavior Specialist- SUD conducts Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with patients across Rogers Behavioral Health's Residential, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospital, and Acute Inpatient treatment programs. This role involves designing and implementing CBT-specific treatment plans for patients with Anxiety & OCD Spectrum Disorders, Mood Disorders, Eating Disorders, and Trauma-Related Disorders under the supervision of Clinical Services Managers or Directors. The position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clinical documentation, and providing training support to other staff members.
