About this role

The Behavior Specialist conducts Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with patients across Rogers Behavioral Health's Residential, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospital, and Acute Inpatient treatment programs. This role involves designing and implementing CBT-specific treatment plans for patients with Anxiety & OCD Spectrum Disorders, Mood Disorders, Eating Disorders, and Trauma-Related Disorders under the supervision of a Clinical Services Manager or Director. The position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, documentation of patient care data, and participation in ongoing training and supervision sessions.

Responsibilities

Conduct Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with patients in residential and outpatient programs
Design and implement CBT specific treatment plans for anxiety, mood, and eating disorders
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and complete treatment plan development

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (human services, psychology, social work, or related field preferred)
