The Behavior Support Technician provides one‑on‑one and small‑group support to students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and de‑escalation strategies. The role works closely with teachers, related service providers, and administrators to collect data, support transitions, and promote functional and social skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
