Behavior Tech / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at BASS, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental disabilities in various settings including homes, schools, and community centers. You will work one-on-one with clients to improve communication, social, and daily living skills under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This entry-level role requires completing paid training and passing the RBT exam, with a focus on data collection and maintaining open communication with the clinical team.
