Behavior Technician (BT®)

The Behavior Technician works under the supervision of school administration, counselors, and district Behavior Specialists to support teachers with behavior interventions, documentation, and crisis response. The role involves developing and implementing functional behavior assessments, behavior plans, and social skills training, as well as collaborating with school staff and participating in MTSS/SAT processes.
