Behavior Technician (BT)

Connect n Care ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in the Charlottesville, VA area. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting client data, and supporting the development of communication and social skills. This position primarily requires afternoon and early evening availability, with opportunities to transition to full-time schedules and advance within the organization.
