About this role

The Behavior Technician (RBT) provides center‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents in an IEP‑mandated setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. The position offers hourly compensation of $21‑$24.75 and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health insurance, 401(k), and professional development support.

Responsibilities

Implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Collect and graph behavior and skill acquisition data
Maintain RBT credential and follow behavior support plans
