AB Spectrum
The Behavior Technician will deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children ages 1–6 in a clinic setting, following treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collecting real-time data. The role includes teaching daily living skills, managing challenging behaviors, and participating in ongoing training and supervision.
AB Spectrum provides ABA therapy, speech therapy, and autism diagnostic evaluations for young children with autism in the St. Louis area, including St. Charles County and Warren County. Founded in 2016, AB Spectrum is home of the ReggioABA® model, the world's first Reggio Emilia-inspired ABA therapy approach. They serve families through multiple locations and accept Medicaid and most major insurance plans.
