About this role
A Behavior Technician at MeBe works directly with children with autism, teaching behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in one-on-one settings, either at home or in a clinic. The role involves implementing treatment plans developed by BCBAs, accurately documenting progress using a data collection system, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. The Behavior Technician also fosters positive relationships with families while adhering to ABA and insurance regulations and is responsible for reporting progress to clinical supervisors.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- RBT certification (preferred)
- TRICARE certification (preferred)
- First Aid Certified (preferred)
- CPR/BLS certification (must obtain before working with clients)
- Bachelor’s degree in Pediatrics or Human Development (Biology) (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
