About this role
A Behavior Technician at MeBe works with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to enhance skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living. The role involves providing direct, one-on-one behavioral support in home or clinic settings, maintaining accurate progress documentation, and fostering positive relationships with families. Behavior Technicians are expected to actively participate in training, record client behavior data, and assist with various tasks as directed by supervisors while adhering to ABA regulations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT/CBT certification preferred

- Reliable transportation

- Bachelor’s degree in areas like Pediatrics or Human Development (Biology) is preferred
- CPR/BLS certification (if residing in CA, AZ, or VA)
