About this role

A Behavior Technician at MeBe is responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans for children with autism, focusing on enhancing their social, communication, and daily living skills in one-on-one settings. The technician will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), providing updates on each child's progress and maintaining detailed records in a data collection system. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to professional development, with training provided to achieve RBT certification within the first 60 days of employment.
