Behavior Technician

A Behavior Technician at MeBe Family is responsible for implementing evidence-based therapies for children with autism, focusing on developing behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting. The role involves following treatment plans from BCBAs, accurately documenting progress in a centralized system, and fostering positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries. Technicians will receive paid training and must obtain RBT certification within 60 days of employment, contributing to both individual growth and the overarching mission of empowering children and families through research-based care.
