About this role

The Behavior Technician at MeBe is responsible for delivering one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with autism in home or clinic settings, following individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs. This role involves teaching essential skills, documenting progress using a data collection system, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The Behavior Technician collaborates with healthcare providers and families, ensuring effective communication and treatment co-ownership. Candidates must be compassionate, reliable, and able to work flexible hours while obtaining RBT certification.
