Behavior Technicians deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to individuals with autism under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor. The role supports CARD’s mission by implementing individualized treatment plans across settings (center, home, school, community, or via telehealth) and contributing to patient progress within a founder-owned, mission-driven organization.
