About this role
Behavior Technicians work directly with children with autism to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. They implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Training is provided and technicians are expected to complete a Registered Behavior Technician certification shortly after onboarding.
