About this role

MeBe Family seeks an empathetic Behavior Technician to teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills to children with autism in home or center settings. This role involves implementing treatment plans developed by BCBAs, collecting data using Central Reach, and maintaining strong relationships with families and team members. Candidates will receive paid training and support to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Implement evidence-based treatment plans for children with autism in one-on-one settings
Collect and record accurate behavioral data using the Central Reach system
Build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries
Assist with daily living skills, hygiene, and meal times for clients
Relay client progress updates and support BCBA assessments
