The role involves implementing treatment plans, collecting data in real-time, and collaborating closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and families to support behavioral and social skill development.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism in 1:1 settings.
Collect real-time behavioral data and progress reports using digital systems.
Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust strategies and prepare for clinical assessments.
Assist children with daily living skills, hygiene routines, and meal times.
Maintain strict compliance with insurance provider and organizational safety regulations.
