About this role

MeBe is seeking a Behavior Technician to serve children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at its Learning Centers. The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, teaching daily living and social skills, and maintaining accurate data records in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Candidates will benefit from paid training to obtain RBT certification and work within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

Teach behavioral and social skills to children with autism in 1:1 settings
Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Accurately record behavior analysis and progress in the Central Reach system
Assist with clinical assessments and relay session information to supervisors
Build positive professional relationships with families while maintaining boundaries
