About this role

As a Behavior Technician at MeBe, you will support children with autism by implementing evidence-based ABA treatment plans in home or clinic settings. You will teach behavioral and social skills, collect data using the Central Reach system, and collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and site supervisors. This role requires a compassionate individual who can maintain detailed records and assist with daily living activities to help children reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism
Teach behavioral, social, and communication skills in 1:1 settings
Accurately record behavior data and progress in Central Reach system
Assist with daily living activities including meals and hygiene routines
Relay client progress reports to supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts
