Behavior Technician

Under the direction of a behavior specialist or Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), this role provides skilled support and assistance to classroom teachers and staff for students demonstrating challenging behaviors. The position focuses on helping students access their education in the least restrictive environment through intensive teaching, behavior reduction protocols, and evidence-based strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles. The Behavior Technician works closely with the BCBA and IEP team to monitor student progress, implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate behavioral data.
