Behavior Technician

The Behavior Technician provides 1:1 intervention to assigned clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Operating under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the role involves meticulous data collection, session note documentation, and maintaining client safety and engagement. The position requires adherence to the BACB Code of Ethics and delivering evidence-based interventions in a personalized treatment environment.
