Behavior Technician

This role offers a part-time opportunity for individuals in education or related fields to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with Autism in their homes or community settings. The position involves implementing skill-building care plans, recording session data, and collaborating with families and clinical supervisors to support client independence and positive behavior. Comprehensive training is provided for those without prior ABA experience, with a focus on making a meaningful impact on children's lives.
