Behavior Technician

The Behavior Technician provides academic and behavioral support to students with challenging behaviors, ages 5 through 21, in the classroom and on school transportation. This role involves assisting teachers with classroom management, implementing positive behavior support plans, and maintaining accurate data on student progress. The position requires collaboration with the ESS Behavior Program Teacher to ensure students receive quality educational support and meet their Individual Education Plan goals.
