Behavior Technician/Early Childhood Setting

Great Strides is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA programming and small-group therapy to children with autism in clinic, preschool, or home settings. The role involves implementing treatment plans, teaching essential skills, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm for working with young children, a passion for learning, and preferably have experience in the field.
