Behavioral Aide (1:1 Paraprofessional)

Shining Stars Montessori Academy PCS is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Aide to provide one-on-one support to a Lower Elementary student with significant behavioral needs in a warm, structured Montessori classroom. The role involves implementing the student's Behavior Intervention Plan and IEP accommodations while applying de-escalation techniques and Montessori philosophy to foster independence and safety. This is an immediate, full-time position requiring current crisis-prevention certification and direct experience with students with emotional or behavioral disabilities.
