Behavioral Aide/Driver-NCPS

The Behavioral Aide/Driver-NCPS is a dual-role position responsible for safely transporting students to and from school while providing behavioral, instructional, and classroom support throughout the school day. This role requires excellent student supervision, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster a safe, positive, and supportive environment for students with learning, social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff, the Driver/Behavioral Aide helps implement individualized education and behavior plans while promoting student success both during transportation and in the classroom.
