Behavioral Analyst

This role involves working with children and adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, serving as the treatment team lead for a small caseload of no more than five clients. The position focuses on developing behavioral plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and ensuring treatment fidelity without billable hours or insurance provider interactions. The Behavioral Analyst will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to implement PBIS strategies and provide data-driven feedback.
